Need: A way to leverage the branding and opening of a new signature building and a series of related events for an online experience.
Solution: Building the Future, a custom-built web site that featured event information, photo galleries, academic session videos, building information and a virtual tour, and alumni stories videos.
My role: As director of creative strategy, oversaw design of site, development of content, and overall messaging.
The web site was built for the opening of the new building and is no longer publicly available.
Need: A way to connect donors directly to students in order to highlight the fundraising needs and goal of the Campaign for Students, build excitement, and strengthen MIT’s relationship with those donors.
Solution: A custom-built web site that featured videos of students as part of an integrated communications strategy for the Campaign’s quiet phase.
My role: As co-leader of the communications team, wrote all copy for the site and oversaw construction and design of site, working with an external web developer.
The web site was built for the quiet phase of the campaign prior to the official campaign launch and is no longer publicly available.
